Ambassador Kurt Volker served as the US Ambassador to NATO from 2008-2009 and as the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations from 2017-2019. Dr. Alina Polyakova is the President and CEO of the Center for European Policy Analysis, a Senior Fellow at the John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, Together, Ambassador Volker and Dr. Polyakova will discuss the current status in Ukraine, both on the ground and in the larger geopolitical context. They will also analyze the context of larger regional and global influences and the potential consequences of the ongoing conflict.
