It is called The Big Quit. Across America, people are reassessing their lives as never before and one result has been record employment turnover. Increasingly, individuals are seeking opportunities to make a difference. They are seeking a sense of purpose.

In this program, Gregg Vanourek will discuss “The Common Traps of Living,” drawing from his book, “LIFE Entrepreneurs,” and a new book he’s working on. What are the common traps that lead us to frustration, disengagement, burnout, or dissatisfaction? How can we avoid these traps? And how can we craft a good life—and navigate the inevitable transitions and challenges?

Next, Bob Vanourek (Gregg’s father) will give brief remarks on his own life journey and lessons learned the hard way.

Then Bob and Gregg will have a father-and-son dialogue about what they’ve learned about purposeful living—as well as reflections on the holidays including gratitude, giving back and looking ahead to the new year. They will also talk about their multi-year collaboration on a book project.

During this event, they will engage the audience with thoughtful questions so that participants can reflect on their own lives, careers and relationships.

Presented in collaboration with the Vail Alliance for Purposeful Living
Alpine Bank graciously sponsors our virtual programs.
