Internationally recognized food and travel writer Paul Feinstein started his career overseeing restaurant and bar reviews for the global media upstart Party Earth, followed by various turns writing, copy editing, and producing for Hollywood entities including FOX, TBS, Disney, and Universal. After traveling to more than 60 countries and attending cooking school to gain the essential foundation of ingredient and flavor profiles, he’s established himself as a prolific writer and editor in the food and travel space for the past 20 years.

A sought-after media contributor, Paul’s writing has been featured in outlets including the BBC, Travel + Leisure, Fodor’s Travel, Departures, TIME, Zagat, La Cucina Italiana, and Robb Report, and he has written travel guides for cities including Los Angeles, Bangkok, Tokyo, and Florence. He’s also the host of The Food & Travel Paulcast, a global podcast with chefs, luminaries, and tastemakers from the worlds of food and travel, sharing the most interesting trends of the day.

As an internationally known food critic and host, media company Tastemade hired Paul to consult and produce on their travel/cooking show From Scratch hosted by David Moscow. Seasons 3 and 4 are now in production.

HarperCollins’ imprint, Cider Mill Press, tapped Paul to author Italy Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by Italia. This assemblage of drink recipes, vivid photography, and cocktail histories is a treasure trove from Italian hotspots and around the world. It will be available on December 12, 2023 everywhere books are sold.
