Emily Harding, the Vice President of Defense and Security and Director for the Intelligence, National Security and Technology Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, will present the most recent information on the status and outlook of Cyberwarfare. She will engage the audience answering “What is an Act of War? What isn’t?” and take an in-depth look at the status and suggested reforms across the geopolitical spectrum and the primary actors in the Cyber War space, including the U.S., Russia, China and Iran.
