During his 25 years as an emergency physician, Jeff O’Driscoll saw souls leave their bodies at death and communicated with them. Sometimes, he would experience eternity with them before they departed. Dr. Jeff’s experiences began in childhood after his older brother died in a farm accident and continue to the present with his daughter, a neonatal flight nurse, visiting him shortly after her death.

Dr. O’Driscoll speaks internationally on near-death phenomena and recounts his shared-death experiences in his award-winning memoir, “Not Yet.” His newest novel, “Zen’s Garden,” follows a fictional emergency physician struggling to understand his experiences in the ER that science can’t explain. And Dr. O’Driscoll’s recent scientific article, “A New Model for Studying Near-Death Phenomena,” is currently under review for publication.
