Jennifer Law is currently the Human Resources Director for Vail Resorts in Vail, CO where she has worked in various roles driving strategic business outcomes. Previously, she was the HR Director for the Gallegos Corporation, a large specialty sub-contractor located in Vail, Aspen and Denver as well as the co-owner and principal consultant with HR Link, a High Country human resources outsourcing and consulting firm.

She holds a BA in Business Communications and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.  Jen has been in the Human Resources field for more than twenty years in a variety of capacities within the resort and hospitality industries.  She is also passionate about education and community where she is very involved with her two teenage girls and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and kids as much as possible.
