Rebecca Cunningham, MD is Director of the CDC-funded University of Michigan Injury Prevention Center, Associate Vice President for Health Sciences Research in U-M’s Office of Research, Professor of Emergency Medicine, and of Health Behavior and Health Education. The Injury Prevention Center has been a leader in prevention and interventions for the opioid epidemic; Dr. Cunningham also serves on the MI governor’s commission on opioid overdose.
