David Siegel is a technology and business thought leader who has spent his career trying to work about five years ahead of the mainstream. He has a master’s degree from Stanford in computer science and has completed the Harvard business school course on board effectiveness. He played a small role in the development of the Worldwide Web, started one of the world’s first digital agencies, has written five books, and has given over 200 speeches. He has started 25 companies and sat on many boards. In 2016, he was a candidate to be the dean of Stanford business school. He writes and speaks often on blockchain, decentralization, startups, business, economics, and the future. His main emphasis is spearheading the digital-money revolution. He created and led the Pillar Project ICO, which in 2017 raised more than $21 million to build the world’s most advanced blockchain wallet. He is a founding partner of 20/30, a venture studio in London with a license to tokenize equity in partnership with the London Stock Exchange. David is one of the few thinkers in the world working at the intersection of technology, decentralization and monetary policy.
