Colleen Weiss-Hanen is president and CEO of East West Hospitality (EWH), where she leads a team managing a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, private luxury residences, and commercial properties across five states. The company supports more than 10,000 residences with dedicated, on-the-ground teams in each market.

With over three decades at EWH, Weiss-Hanen brings deep expertise across all facets of the business. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer and asset manager, helping shape the company’s financial strength and growth strategy. As CEO, she oversees strategic direction while championing a culture rooted in excellence, consistency, and strong relationships. She has led numerous mergers and acquisitions and is known for her collaborative leadership style and focus on building high-performing teams.

A strong advocate for people and culture, Weiss-Hanen has led significant investments in employee wages, benefits, and development, fostering an environment where team members can thrive. Weiss-Hanen serves on the boards of Bright Future Foundation, Vail Valley Partnership and the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association. She lives in the Vail Valley with her husband, Chris, and is a proud mother of two.
