Amanda Giguere

Director of Outreach | Colorado Shakespeare Festival

    Amanda Giguere (she/her) serves as the Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s Director of Outreach and oversees CSF’s nationally recognized “Shakespeare & Violence Prevention” initiative. She holds a PhD in Theatre from the University of Colorado Boulder, and regularly teaches in CU Boulder’s Applied Shakespeare program. Her work has appeared in Theatre Journal and Theatre Topics. Dr. Giguere’s books include “The Plays of Yasmina Reza on the English and American Stage” (McFarland) and “Shakespeare & Violence Prevention: A Practical Handbook for Educators” (forthcoming, University Press of Colorado).
