Resiliency Director | Eagle County Government
Tori Franks is the Resiliency Director at Eagle County Government, overseeing the County’s housing development and partnerships, climate policy and programming and economic resiliency strategy. She was promoted to Resiliency Director in July 2021. She served in a variety of real estate, development and management roles in the Housing Department at Eagle County over the past 18 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Denver and Colorado Real Estate License.
She lives in Edwards with her husband and three kids (and one dog). She enjoys mountain biking and skiing and tries to fit those activities around the many youth sports and activities that keeps her family on the go.
