Phil Larson is assistant dean for strategy, planning and communications at the University of Colorado Boulder’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. He was previously senior advisor for space and innovation at the White House, from 2009 to 2014. Most recently, Larson was part of Elon Musk’s SpaceX team, supporting communications efforts as well as managing corporate projects.
