On January 14, 2015, Tommy Caldwell, along with his partner Kevin Jorgeson, summited what is widely regarded as the hardest climb in history. Yosemite’s nearly vertical 3,000-foot Dawn Wall climb took nineteen days on the route to conquer, but Caldwell’s odds-defying feat was the culmination of an entire lifetime of pushing himself to his limits as an athlete. In his book “The Push,” Caldwell describes this momentous climb—and many others. But it’s not just about the climbs. Join Caldwell as he talks about the lessons that he has learned in a lifetime of climbing which apply to everyone—even those who have never set foot on a mountain.
