Srinivas “Chinnu” Parinandi is Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He researches and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on American political institutions and public policy, with a focus on the state governmental policy-making regarding energy and the economy. Chinnu has published in several important academic venues including the American Journal of Political Science and Energy Policy and is working on a book manuscript exploring how state legislatures and public utilities commissions explored the role of designing renewable energy programs differently. Originally from Ohio, Chinnu enjoys running and spending time with his family.
