Herman Stockinger joined CDOT in 2000 and has been the Director of the Office of Policy and Government Relations and a member of the department’s Executive Management Team for eleven years.  Prior to his current position, he served for five years as CDOT’s Legislative Liaison, representing CDOT’s interests at the State Capitol. In addition to his duties as Policy Director, Herman serves as Secretary to the Transportation Commission and this year is serving as the Department’s Deputy Executive Director- a position he holds for the second time.
