Welcome to Summer with the Vail Symposium!

 

Summer at the Symposium engages all  the senses: 

     SAVOR with international films and fare from South Korea, France, Chile, and Israel; a shopping/cooking class with Kelly Liken; a mushroom hike; and a cheese & wine tasting.

     HEAR musicians and learn from musical directors through Performance Preludes, and a tribute to Duke Ellington and Billy Straythorn.

     SEE history come alive at Camp Hale and Shrine Pass.

     CREATE in our bronze bell workshop, plein air painting class, and birdhouse competition.

 

In addition, we bring the world to you in the form of Active Minds and Hot Topics from Nigeria to Mexico. For the election season, we inaugurate Political Perspectives: a conference featuring debates and discussions about the state of the union and our leaders. And please come to Nottingham Park for the 3rd Annual Healthy Homes Tour & Fair, which gets bigger, better and greener every year.
